This page controls two things that show up in the emails AdvantaCRM sends on your behalf: the links dropped into your templates and automation buttons, and your client email signature. They're managed separately, so we'll cover each in turn.
Getting there
From the left sidebar, click Settings, then choose Email & signature from the settings menu.
Part 1: Email & automation links
These two URLs feed merge tags — placeholders that get swapped for real links when an email or automation sends. Set them once and every template and automation button uses them automatically.
Website URL — powers the {{website}} merge tag, like a "Visit our website" button in a template. Enter your agency site, e.g. https://youragency.com.
Booking / review link — powers the {{agent_booking_url}} merge tag, like a "Book a review" button in automations. This is usually your scheduling link, e.g. a Calendly URL.
Good to know — the fallbacks: If either field is empty when an email sends, AdvantaCRM doesn't leave a dead button. An empty Website URL makes that button link to your email instead, and an empty Booking / review link makes its button open an email to you. Filling these in just gives clients a smoother path.
When you've entered your links, click Save links.
This Save links button only saves this section. Your signature has its own save button — see below.
Part 2: Your email signature
Your signature is built in a dedicated generator with a live preview, so you can see exactly what clients will receive as you make changes.
To open it, click Open Generator in the Email Signature section.
The generator has the builder on the left and a Live preview on the right that updates as you go. Work through the five steps, then save.
Step 1 — Select template
Pick a layout from the 12 styles (Midnight Card, Color Split, Masthead Band, and more). The preview switches instantly so you can try a few before committing.
Step 2 — Personal details
Fill in your name, job title, company, NPN, license states, email, phone, address, and website. Some fields may be pre-filled for you — just confirm they're correct.
Prefer to edit directly on the signature itself? Click Visual builder to reorganize the details right in the preview.
Step 3 — Branding
Add a company logo (upload a PNG, JPG, or WebP up to 2MB, or paste a Logo URL), then fine-tune:
Hide logo — toggle on to remove the logo and company name from your signature
Logo size — slider from 75% to 175% of the default size
Brand color — set a hex color used for accents in your signature
Click Reset in this step if you want to clear your branding choices and start over.
Step 4 — Social presence
Choose an icon style for your social links — Full color, Black, White, or Custom (which uses your brand color). Then paste the URLs for any networks you use: Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and X (Twitter). Leave any you don't use blank and they won't appear.
Step 5 — Typography
Pick a font for your signature from the options (Modern Sans, Classic Serif, Tech Mono, and others). Each shows a quick preview so you can compare.
Saving your signature
When the preview looks right, click Save signature at the top of the generator. AdvantaCRM stores it on your profile and automatically appends it to client emails you send from the platform.
Two saves, two sections: Remember that Save links (Part 1) and Save signature (Part 2) are separate. Saving one doesn't save the other, so if you edited both, click both.
