The Certifications Settings Page

The Certifications page is where you track your carrier certification status, year by year. Since most carriers require you to recertify annually before you can sell their plans, this gives you one place to see what's done, what's in progress, and what still needs attention.

Getting there

From the left sidebar, click Settings, then choose Certifications from the settings menu.

Dashboard Widget

Toggle Show certifications widget on dashboard to surface a Certifications card right on your Dashboard, showing your current and next year's certifications at a glance.

Adding a certification

  1. Under Carrier, search for and select the carrier.

  2. Choose the Certification Year.

  3. Choose the StatusUncertified, In Progress, or Certified.

  4. Click Add Certification.

Tip: If you've turned on the Dashboard Widget, you can also add a certification straight from the Dashboard — click the + icon on the Certifications card to open the same Add Certification dialog without leaving the page.

Your Certifications

Every certification you've added shows up here, grouped by year. Each entry lists the carrier name and a status pill — green for Certified, yellow for In Progress, or red for Uncertified.

To change a certification's status, click its status pill and choose a new one from the dropdown — Certified, In Progress, or Uncertified.

To remove a certification, click the trash icon on its row.
