The Bookmarks/IDs page is where you save the carrier links and writing IDs you look up all the time — broker portals, provider lookup tools, encrypted IDs, agent IDs, and more — so you're never digging through email or sticky notes to find them. Everything is grouped by carrier and available from anywhere in AdvantaCRM through the bookmark icon in the header.
Getting there
From the left sidebar, click Settings, then choose Bookmarks/IDs from the settings menu.
The page has two tabs — Links and Writing IDs — switch between them at the top of the card.
Links
The Links tab holds custom URLs and email addresses you want quick access to, grouped under each carrier's name. Every link shows its name, its URL, and a type label (like Portal or Provider Lookup). Use the pencil icon to edit a link or the trash icon to remove it.
Adding a link
Click + Add link in the top right.
Fill in an optional Category to help you find it later.
Enter the Company / Other name — this is what the link gets grouped under.
Give it a Link Name (for example, "Broker Portal").
Choose the Link Type — Url or Email.
Enter the Link URL (or the email address, if you chose Email).
Click Add Link.
Writing IDs
The Writing IDs tab holds your carrier-specific ID numbers, also grouped by carrier. Each entry shows a labeled pill (like Writing ID, Agent ID, or Encrypted ID) next to the value. Click the copy icon to copy a value to your clipboard, or use the pencil and trash icons to edit or remove an entry.
Adding a writing ID
Click + Add writing number in the top right.
Enter the Company / Other name.
Give it a Number Name (for example, "Agent ID").
Enter the Number.
Click Add Number.
Quick access from the header
You don't need to be on the Settings page to use your saved bookmarks. Click the bookmark icon in the top header from anywhere in AdvantaCRM to open a searchable popover of everything you've saved, grouped by carrier — both Links and Writing IDs together.
From here you can:
Type in the search bar to jump straight to a carrier or bookmark.
Click a link to open it in a new tab.
Click the copy icon next to a writing ID to copy it instantly.
Click View all to go to the full Bookmarks/IDs settings page.
Click + Add to save a new link or writing ID without leaving what you're doing.
