If you've got a whole list of leads to bring into AdvantaCRM at once, batch upload lets you import them from a CSV file in three steps: upload, map columns, and import.
Getting there
From the Leads page, click Add lead, then Batch upload (CSV).
Step 1: Upload your CSV
Click Choose CSV file and select your file. You can upload up to 500 rows at a time. Your column headers can be anything — you'll map them to the right fields next.
Step 2: Map your columns
Match each lead field to the corresponding column from your CSV. First name and Last name are required; everything else is optional.
Use the Preview (first row) and Data preview (first 5 rows) to double-check your mapping before moving on.
Step 3: Set a disposition and import
Choose a disposition status to apply to every lead in this import, then click Import.
Rows that match an existing contact (by email or phone), or that are missing required data, are skipped automatically during import.
