When another agent reassigns a lead to you, it doesn't become yours automatically — you have to accept it first.
Where you'll see it
A Leads awaiting your response banner appears at the top of your Leads page whenever someone has reassigned a lead to you.
The Leads item in the sidebar also shows a warning icon alongside your usual lead count, so you'll notice something's waiting even before you open the page.
Accepting or declining one lead
On the banner, click Accept to take the lead, or Decline to turn it down.
Handling several at once
Check the box next to each lead awaiting your response to reveal bulk Accept and Decline buttons at the top of the banner — handy if more than one lead was reassigned to you.
Accepting a lead moves it into your own Leads list and gives you full access — including anything, like their MBI, that stayed hidden while the invite was pending.
