What's in the panel
Name — click the link icon next to it to open the full profile.
Status and source — shown just below the name.
Current stage — displayed as a colored pill.
Quick actions:
Call and Email — reach out directly.
Log activity — record something that happened.
Alert — create an internal reminder for yourself; this doesn't send anything to the client.
Phone, Email, Source, Assigned To, and Last activity — at a glance.
Moving a profile between stages
Use the Move to Stage dropdown to move a profile to a different stage — no dragging required.
Notes and activity
Add a note in the Notes field and click Save to log it on the profile. The Recent activity feed below shows a running history, including automatic entries like being added to the flow.
In Table view, each row's ⋯ menu gives you similar quick options without opening the full panel.
