Every flow is built from stages — the columns on your board. You can start from a ready-made template or build one entirely from scratch, and edit either one freely afterward.
Getting there
From the Flows page, click Manage to open Manage flows & stages.
Starting from a template
Click Start from a template and browse by category — Sales, Seasonal, Service, Retention. Click Preview on any template to see its full stage list before committing.
Click Use template to create your flow with that name and those stages already set up. Everything is fully editable afterward — templates are just a starting point.
Creating a blank flow
Under Or create a blank flow, type a name and click +. You'll start with no stages, ready to build from scratch.
Starring your default flow
Click the star icon next to any flow's name in the list to make it the flow you land on automatically when you open the Flows page.
Managing stages
With a flow selected, the Stages for "[flow name]" section lists its columns.
Add a stage — type a name under New stage name and click +.
Reorder stages — use the up and down arrows on any stage.
Recolor a stage — click its color dot to choose from the presets, or enter a custom hex code.
More options — use the ⋮ menu on any stage or any flow in the list for additional options like renaming or deleting.
