Book Sharing lets you give another agent in your agency access to your book of business — and, if you want, request access to theirs in return.
This feature is only available to agents who belong to an agency.
Getting there
From the left sidebar, click Settings, then choose Book Sharing from the settings menu. Until you share it, your book stays private — only you can see it.
Sharing your book
Click Share my book to start. This is a two-step flow.
Step 1: Choose an agent
Search for and select the agent you want to invite — you can only share with agents in your own agency. Click Continue.
Step 2: Set the permissions
Under What [agent] can do with your book, choose:
View only — they can open any client and see the entire profile, but can't make changes.
Can edit — they can view and make changes.
If you'd also like access to their book, turn on Also request access to their book. This reveals a second set of options, What you're requesting, where you choose whether you're asking for View only or Can edit access in return.
The What happens when you send box at the bottom summarizes exactly what you're about to do — one-way or two-way, and at what permission level — based on your selections above.
Click Send invite to [agent] when you're ready.
Your access to their book only changes if you specifically request it — sharing your book with someone doesn't automatically give you access to theirs.
After you send an invite
The agent you invited shows up under Sharing, along with a Two-way or Can edit-style label showing what you set up, and a status line: Waiting for them to accept · sent [date].
Once they accept, that status updates to reflect the active share — for a two-way share, it reads You both access each other's books · shared [date].
Managing a share
Click the ⋮ menu on any entry under Sharing to manage it. For a two-way share, you can:
Stop accessing their book — give up your access to their book, without affecting their access to yours.
Revoke their access to yours — take back their access to your book, without affecting your access to theirs.
Each direction of a share can be turned off independently — you don't have to end the whole arrangement to change one side of it.
