Building it
Type your message directly into the text box. Click Merge Tags to insert a personalization tag at your cursor — see Merge Tags for the full list.
The preview bubble and character count update as you type, so you can keep an eye on segment count — longer messages get split (and billed) as multiple segments.
Click Save Template when you're done.
