The Health section of a profile keeps a client's medical picture in one place — their doctors, medications, pharmacies, health conditions, and allergies. Having this on file makes plan comparisons and annual reviews far faster, since you're not hunting for details each time.
Getting there
Open a client's profile and click the Health tab (the heart icon) in the section rail to the left of the profile.
Doctors
Click Add on the Doctors card to record a provider. You can capture their type (such as PCP or a specialist), NPI, address, and phone number, and mark one as Preferred with a star so it's easy to spot at a glance.
Each saved doctor shows their details and a ⋯ menu to edit or remove them.
Medications
Click Add on the Medications card to track what the client takes. Record the drug, dosage, quantity, and frequency, plus an optional note (for example, flagging one as especially important).
Keeping medications current is what powers accurate drug-cost comparisons across plans.
Pharmacies
Use Add on the Pharmacies card to store the pharmacy a client uses for their prescriptions — handy when you're checking plan pharmacy networks.
Health Tracker
The Health Tracker lets you flag conditions, disorders, or diseases that apply to the client. Conditions are grouped into categories — cardiovascular, chronic lung, mental health, cancer, and more — so you can check the ones that apply.
Just check a condition to apply it — your selections save automatically, so there's no save button to remember.
This is also where you can mark SSBCI Verified. Tracking chronic conditions here helps you identify clients who may qualify for plans with Special Supplemental Benefits for the Chronically Ill.
Allergies
Add any known allergies from the Allergies card. Each one appears as a tag (like penicillin) you can manage with its ⋯ menu.
Heads up: Much of this section can fill itself in. If a client submits doctors, medications, or pharmacies through a client portal, those entries are added here automatically — see [What Happens When a Client Submits].
