Tracking Drip Campaign Progress

There are two places to check on your drip campaigns:

  • The Stats page shows every campaign and client in one place.

  • A campaign's Stats tab shows just that campaign and lets you enroll clients.

See all campaigns on the Stats page

Go to Drip Campaigns and click Stats at the top of the page. To narrow things down to one campaign, use the Campaign dropdown in the top right.

Summary cards

  • Campaigns: how many campaigns you have, and how many are active.

  • Enrolled: clients currently moving through a campaign.

  • Finished: clients who completed a journey.

  • Emails sent: email steps that have been completed.

  • Clients: your total enrollments, including clients who have finished.

Campaign table

Every campaign is listed with its Status (such as Draft or Active) and its Enrolled, Finished, and Emails sent counts.

Client table

This table shows each enrolled client, which Campaign they're in, Where they are in the journey, and when they were Enrolled. A client who has completed the journey shows Finished.

From here, you can drill into a campaign or a client's profile for more detail.

See one campaign on its Stats tab

Open a campaign and click the Stats tab next to Journey.

The Enrollment section shows who is in the campaign, where they are, and what has been sent:

  • Enrolled: clients currently in the campaign.

  • Finished: clients who completed the journey.

  • Emails sent: emails sent across every enrolled client.

  • Removed: clients taken out of the campaign.

Use the Enrolled, Finished, and All tabs to filter the client list.

To add clients, click Enroll clients. → See [Enrolling Clients in a Drip Campaign]

What "Removed" means

A client is counted as Removed when their enrollment ends before they finish the journey. This happens in two ways:

  • Someone manually removes the client from the campaign.

  • Emails can no longer be sent to the client. AdvantaCRM removes a client automatically if their email address is missing or blocked, an email permanently bounces, they mark an email as spam, the email provider suppresses their address, sending fails permanently, or delivery can't be confirmed.

Two things don't count as Removed:

  • Clients who complete the journey count as Finished.

  • Clients in an archived campaign stay enrolled, with their progress kept.

Tip: If your Removed count starts climbing, check those clients' email addresses. A typo or an outdated address is often the cause.
