Drip campaigns let you build an email journey once and share it with your agents. You write the emails, set the timing, and decide who should be enrolled. Your agents install the campaign in a few clicks and enroll their own clients.
You'll find them under Configuration → Drip Campaigns in the agency sidebar.
What you control, and what your agents fill in
You build and manage the campaign. That includes the emails, the waits, the condition checks, the start timing, and the recommended audience. Agents can't change any of it, so everything stays on message.
Agents fill in the personal parts. Wherever a button or link in your emails needs to point somewhere agent-specific, you add a placeholder instead of a destination. You decide whether each placeholder should be an Intake Form or a URL, and the agent chooses their own when they install.
For example, your AEP email can include an Update My Information button. You mark it as an Intake Form placeholder, and each agent points it at their own Intake Form during setup.
How a campaign is put together
Every campaign has four parts:
Campaign details: the name and description your agents see.
Enrollment audience: report filters that decide which of an agent's clients should be enrolled. These run against each agent's book when they install.
Personalized destinations: the placeholders agents fill in with their own Intake Form or URL.
Journey: the emails, waits, and condition checks clients move through.
Publishing and recommending
A campaign stays a draft until you publish it. Once it's published, it shows up on your agents' Agency campaigns page, where they can install it.
You can also mark a campaign as Recommended. Recommended campaigns get a badge on the agent's list and are promoted with a banner on their Drip Campaigns page.
Recommending is optional. A published campaign is available to your agents either way; marking it recommended just draws extra attention to it.
Seeing how your campaigns are doing
The Drip Campaigns list shows how many agents installed each campaign and how many clients they've enrolled. You can also open a campaign to see exactly which agents installed it.
