Saved quotes stay on the client's profile, so you can return to exactly what you discussed without rebuilding it.
Each client can have up to 3 saved quotes per product.
What you can save
A single plan — click Save quote in plan details.
A comparison — click Save quote on the comparison page. All of the plans are saved together and count as one quote.
A saved Medicare quote keeps the plan details, prescription estimates, pharmacies, and cost period. A saved DVH quote keeps the plan, premium, and selected riders.
Finding your saved quotes
Open the client's profile and click Quotes. Saved quotes appear under each product, newest first.
A Medicare card shows the plan type and year, and either the plan's total or, for a comparison, each plan name and the lowest total.
Reopening a quote
Click View on the card. A saved plan opens with its costs, pharmacy estimates, and benefits.
A saved comparison opens on the same side-by-side page you saved.
Saved quotes are a snapshot
A saved quote always shows the prices from the day you saved it, no matter when you come back to it. This includes rest-of-year totals. Its PDF shows the same prices and the date it was quoted.
Heads up: Rates and estimates can change. To get current prices, delete the quote and save a new one.
Sharing a saved quote
Click the three dots on the card, then choose Share to email it or Download to get the PDF. You can also click View and use Share at the top of the page.
Deleting a saved quote
Click the three dots on the card, then click Delete.
Warning: The quote is removed as soon as you click, with no confirmation step.
The 3-quote limit
Once a product has 3 saved quotes, its new quote tile goes away and you can't save another until you remove one.
