Quoting Dental, Vision & Hearing Plans

Dental, Vision & Hearing (DVH) quoting shows you standalone plans for a client, along with any optional riders each plan offers.

Open the client's profile, click Quotes, then click New DVH quote. You can also click New quote and select Dental, vision & hearing.

Make sure Dental, vision & hearing is selected, then click Continue.

Confirm the information carriers use to rate the plan: ZIP code, age, sex for rating, and tobacco use. AdvantaCRM fills in what's on the profile.

Select Dental, Vision, Hearing, or any combination, then click See plans.

Each card shows the carrier, plan, monthly premium, and the benefits it includes or offers as a rider.

Click Plan details to see a plan's benefits and any optional riders. Check a rider to add it. The rider's cost is shown beside it, and the monthly premium at the top updates.

A rider marked Requires another rider depends on a different rider, so it can't be added here.

If the carrier provides an enrollment link, you'll see an Enroll button that opens it.

Check Compare on up to 5 plans, then click Compare in the tray at the bottom of the page. You need at least 2.

The comparison lines up premiums, products, benefit maximums, deductibles, riders, and each dental, vision, and hearing benefit.

Click Save quote in plan details to save that plan with the riders you selected, or on the comparison page to save the plans together.

Click Share at the top of plan details or the comparison page to email the quote to the client or download it as a PDF. A plan's PDF includes the riders you've selected and lists the others as optional.
